I think we should be allowed to have a water bottle at P.E. because, like said, you can't perform at your highest level unless you are hydrated. Hydration is important at P.E. because, if you're outside in 90-100 degree weather, then it can be dangerous to not be hydrated. As you do P.E., you sweat and when you sweat you lose water and become dehydrated. Being dehydrated when it is hot outside can cause headache, dizziness, and even fainting. Even if we are inside playing baseball, kickball, or even soccer, anything that we do to make us sweat and run can make us dehydrated. I have even worked with a personal workout trainer that said that it is the number one rule that you should always have water to hydrate as you workout or even do P.E.

The purpose of my opinion is that I think it is very important to have water at P.E. because it can be very dangerous if you get dehydrated. Or, if we can't have a water bottle at P.E., then the school should be able to get a water cooler and plastic cups for outside so the teachers don't have to worry about students bringing anything other than water in their water bottles.
