Weekly BGS Basketball Schedule 1/24 - 1/29:
The boys basketball regional bracket is attached. BGS opens up regional play on Wednesday, February 2nd at Du Quoin against Mt Vernon (7:00 PM).
The boys basketball game at Carbondale tonight has been cancelled due to current and incoming weather conditions.

The 2021-2022 yearbook order form is attached to this message. Once again, yearbooks will only be available to order online. The deadline to order is February 18th, 2022.
The boys' 7th grade conference tournament bracket is attached. Our first round game will be on Friday, January 28th @ Harrisburg. The game time is 2:00 PM. The last two rounds of the tournament will be held at Herrin on Saturday, January 29th.
The boys’ basketball game with West Frankfort has been rescheduled for Wednesday, January 26th at 5:00 PM.

Unfortunately, a replacement team has not been found for our boys’ basketball game this Thursday. Coaches will be communicating any changes/adjustments to practice schedules as needed.
5-8 Announcements for 1-10-22:
West Frankfort had to cancel our boys' basketball game scheduled for Thursday, January 13th. We are currently looking for a replacement. An update will be provided by tomorrow morning.
2022 Volleyball Open Gym/Tryout Information is Attached:

A boys basketball game with Du Quoin has been scheduled for Monday, January 24th, at home. The JV game will start at 5:00 PM.
The 1st round of the 7th grade girls’ conference basketball tournament has been canceled for tomorrow. The higher seeds will advance to the semi-finals, meaning our girls will play Carterville at 9:00 AM Saturday morning, at Marion Junior High School. The team bus will leave from the Event Center at 8:00 AM. The championship game is scheduled for 12:00 PM on Saturday. Good luck girls!
